What Notary Services Are Offered?

Swearing Affidavits: Witness and certify your sworn statements for court, tribunals, or legal proceedings (e.g., Small Claims evidence, LTB applications).

Statutory Declarations: Commission declarations under the Evidence Act for non-court purposes (e.g., name changes, lost documents, insurance claims).

Certifying True Copies: Verify copies of originals like passports, diplomas, licences, or birth certificates for official use.

Witnessing Signatures: I can witness and notarize a signature on a document that already needs a notary or commissioner, including a power of attorney, consent form, or similar document you bring with you. I do not draft powers of attorney or advise on what the document should say.

All prices are plus HST. The fee for the service described is the fee charged.
Richmond Hill Office
First seal or commissioning: $65+HST. Each additional seal at the same appointment: $35+HST
Mobile (I come to you)
North York (home or office):
First seal or commissioning $75+HST. Each additional seal at the same appointment: $40+HST
PLUS travel fee: $70+HST
Other locations: quoted before we book
A typical one-document house call in North York is $145 + HST.
Certified true copies and notarial seals cannot be done by video. Those require an in-person appointment.
Special Hours and Last Minute Services:
After 7:00 p.m., Weekends, and Statutory Holidays --> add $75
Drafting: If I prepare the affidavit or declaration for you starts from $75, quoted before I draft. If you already have the document, you pay the seal fee only.
Not included Parking, large printing jobs, and authentication or apostille through Ontario Official Documents Services.
