Advice, application/response preparation, negotiation, and hearing representation before common tribunals like Landlord and Tenant Board, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIB claims).
Regulated representation, advice, document drafting, negotiation with prosecutors, and provincial court appearances for less serious summary conviction offences such as theft under $5,000, mischief, causing a disturbance, trespassing at night and public intoxication.
Advice, document preparation, negotiation with prosecutors and court representation for municipal bylaw charges (property standards, noise, animal control, zoning, signage, business licensing) and charges under other Ontario statutes, such as the Trespass to Property Act and the Dog Owners' Liability Act. Traffic / Highway Traffic Act matters are not accepted.
